The Porsche Visit Cayman Islands Sprint Challenge is the latest championship added to the Porsche Motorsport GB programme. The Sprint Challenge sits between the Porsche Classic Boxster Cup and Porsche Carrera Cup GB.
The car used is the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport. It has a mid-mounted 3.8-litre flat-six engine, delivering 425 hp through a six-speed gearbox.
The championship is for amateur and professional drivers, with Pro and Am categories. Both categories feature on the same grid and operate with their own points structure and championship table.
DRIVER
Toby Trice has been racing since 2019 and became the inaugural Ginetta GT Academy champion in 2021 with SVG Motor Sport.
